Sindh Home Minister, Rauf Siddiqui has announced one-week salary as cash reward for rangers and police personnel as reward acknowledging their relentless efforts in maintaining law and order situation in the province during Muharram-ul-Haram. Governor Sindh Dr Ishratul Ibad and Chief Minister Dr Arbab Ghulam Rahim also gave their consent in this regard.

He appreciated the services of IGP Sindh Asad Jehangir, DG Rangers Major General Javaid Zia, CCPO Tariq Jameel and DIG Operation Mushtaq Shah and other law enforcement agencies for making foolproof security measures during Muharram throughout the province.
